Born out of Necessity
Custom Care is the brainchild of Andrew Patterson, founder of Patterson Homes, a custom home construction company in Coastal Orange County, California. As a builder, he saw firsthand the toll that deferred maintenance takes on homes and the significant cost of repairs for homeowners. Homeowners did not have the resources to hire the right professionals to perform maintenance.
As a solution to these problems, Patterson Homes created the Custom Care Program to protect his customers’ most valuable assets: their homes. The program offered home maintenance services on an ongoing and customized basis.
